Summer Institute on the Holocaust and Jewish Civilization at Northwestern
Applications will open in January.
Institute Description:
Taught by experts in the field, HEFNU’s renowned Summer Institute is an intensive two-week residential course designed to support participants to broaden their interdisciplinary perspective and develop and refine Holocaust courses at their home institutions. HEFNU welcomes fellowship applications from full- or part-time academic faculty and staff, full- or part-time Ph.D. students (particularly those in their final year of study), independent scholars, and educators at recognized institutions such as museums and archives.
Fellowships cover the cost of room, board, and tuition. Fellowships do not cover travel expenses or assigned readings. Please inquire about travel funding if your home institution does not cover such costs. Most assigned readings will be available cost-free through the Northwestern University Library.
